We hope this new communication process proves fruitful, builds community, and helps us all grow as mediators! As in any discussions, when referring to confidential topics (i.e. recent cases, co-mediation experiences) be sure to omit names or any details that might help anyone identify who you are talking about. Tacoma is a fairly tight-knit community and we want to keep things safe and confidential at all times. Having said that, our hope is the discussions will be honest, even direct and opinionated at times. It is our hope the discussions enhance our growth sometimes by challenging us to think beyond our comfort zone. We also hope Training Desk page and the Forum page build your connection to PCCDR and especially your fellow mediators!
