OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
- Basic Mediation Training - 5 day/40 hour training; offered 3 x a yr in
- March-July-October
- 37.75 CLE's (7+ ethics); CEU's; Clock Hours
For anyone interested in becoming a mediator; also a prerequisite to the Practicum for those wishing to become certified mediators (see Practicum for more information on certification)
- Settlement Conference Training – for lawyers with minimum of 5 yrs experience, wishing to become settlement panelists
- · Skills for Management/Supervisors/HR - - for those wishing to learn and apply skills and techniques in conflict resolution in their workplace
TRAINING AT YOUR SITE: FOR BUSINESSES/ORGANIZATIONS
- · PCCDR contracts individually with private and public entities (*see list of clients) wishing to have in-house training for specific employees on issues specific to their workplace. The training incorporates basic conflict resolution skills, theory, and strategies with customized exercises and content developed in collaboration with the referring business or organization.
