Contract trainings are designed for each organization’s specific needs. Common topics include basic concepts in conflict dynamics, maximizing interpersonal communication skills, and at times a more formal and customized process for conflict resolution applications. Most recently, PCCDR has offered specialized contract training in mediation and conflict resolution skills and concepts for the following organizations: State Auditor’s Office, Everett College, Pacific Lutheran College, Safe Streets, Pierce County School District, Americorps, Puget Sound Interfaith Camp, police and city employees.
