Settlement Conference Panel Members are attorneys who have been in the practice of law a minimum of five years and have been referred to us by their peers. They must have also completed a specialized mediation training course at the Center. Their role is evaluative and directive, designed to assist the parties and their legal representatives to make the best-informed choices for settlement before trial.
