To schedule a mediation, select the appropriate tab on the left.   Please download and submit a request form filled out completely with the session fee to begin the scheduling process.  You may submit the form via mail, fax, or email.  We accept cash, check, and credit cards and require payment before we can initiate the scheduling process.
