2010 -- The Year of Communication

Resolving differences begins and ends with clear, effective and empathetic communication. PCCDR dedicates 2010 as the Year of Communication.

We will apply these principles in all of our communications with clients, volunteers, supporters, partners, board and staff.

• With clients, we will emphasize presenting clear information, making it easier for them to sign up for our services and understand the important details regarding what we offer.
• We will engage volunteers with improved scheduling, follow-up, and learning opportunities, making it easier for them to participate and contribute.
• We will increase outreach to potential donors and begin a systematic stewardship program, both to generate more supporters and engage the friends we already have.
• Among the staff and board, we will encourage creative, empathetic and productive communication, continually strengthening our community, our Center, and our mission.
